DPOV 008 - BABA FREAK

Iurilli after frequenting the italian and foreign underground scene since 1991, came back to his own country and made up a factory with some guys from his city. Fascinated by music and parties, he starts working as assistant to productions, then public relator and promoter passing by press office and artist booking.

Andrea Santorini is born in 1983 in Lecce.His natural bent for music started in 1996 when he began djing house music with friends. During these years Andrea discovered the various flavours of club music, from techno to deep he started playing in several clubs of his town

DPOV 005 - Sergio Caio

Sergio was born in Trani, in 1989. He grew up there and when he was 15, he starded playing alternative-indierock tracks in a small tavern in his town. He's always been fascinated by music so when he was 19, he moved to Milan where he started to study "Audio Engineering" at Sae institute and he qualified in 2010

We are proud to present you a new podcast series. "Different Point Of View". A different perspective on music and artists. It can be Techno, Soul, Jazz, Dub, Dubstep, Rock, Indie etc... Dpov must be the result of a reinterpretation of the artist mood and feelings. Experimentation is the best way to get back in this new world. We don't want something already heard. We want emotions, feelings and all can fascinate people's minds. This week Limo from TRANSITION LAB & UNDERCUT RECORDS

Giovanni Limongelli aka LIMO was born in Brindisi in 1979. His passion for the electronic music in all of its facets began already from the early 90's in the research of artistic expressions of every kind. From 1996 e has lived for 3 years in Bologna and 7 in Rimini, years in which he has matured technique and experience, thanks to the instructions of technicians of the sound and evenings as first Dj in disco pub, for appetizers, music for listening, then subsequently in club and discos with elettcronic music, minimal and tekhouse, collaborating therefore with djs and important names. In these years he enters therefore in the catalogs of Italian labels, collaboratin with BUCK (Slick Station), labels as REVOX, REWIND, UOMO and like single on LOGICAL and RECYCLE. After these years in 2006 returns to live in Brindisi where he takes seriously the project of productions of electronic music preparing an home studio from which has thrown out some tracks most personal extending himself therefore in an European panorama with the share to realese on German labels of big respect as AUTIST and PROGCITY DEEP TRAX. He also begin with GUIDO NEMOLA a production project under the name of COFFE POT and with KRISS a new audio project " THE SOUTHERN ALLIANCE " ... In 2007 with KRISS and SANDRO RUSSO start a big and serious label project : UNDERCUT RECORDS. In 2008 starts the "TRANSITION LAB project" with FABIO GIANNELLI and JAKOPO ALUZZI AkA Jako and become real thanks the Nine Club. The project is based on the intention to create something different: Underground atmospheres, pumping sound system, good music and a really nice place makes this night one of the most interesting in Puglia and is going to be home for a lot of the best underground Djs around the world,believing every day and always more in the music as endless and universal mean of communication.

Born in 1986. Since the age of 14 years, he devoted himself to music, starting to play with friends, sharing a strong passion that becomes almost a job; in fact, after starting with private parties he starts to play in some of the most important clubs in Italy. During his career he meets some important djs of techno/house scene such as Andre Crom, Shlomi Aber, Marc Antona and Nick Curly. He uses technology to make his live even more dynamic and always with more effort creating a sound identifiable and original. From 2009 he is a part of the project A_Ri that will sign their first release on Secouer Records in 2011 becoming a part of the big family.

Sergio was born in Trani, in 1989. He grew up there and when he was 15, he starded playing alternative-indierock tracks in a small tavern in his town. He's always been fascinated by music so when he was 19, he moved to Milan where he started to study "Audio Engineering" at Sae institute and he qualified in 2010. In Milan he comes closer to techno-house and clubbing music and he starts to make his own dj sets. He develops the Yut live set (smoking kills Rec) as a Sound Engineer. Today he's been studying at Sae Institute to obtain the Bachelor Degree in "Music business". Played with: Kollektiv Turmstrasse - Philip Bader - Ost & kyex - dOP - Marco Resmann - Re-UP - Luca Doobie - The elecrticalz.
