Iurilli after frequenting the italian and foreign underground scene since 1991, came back to his own country and made up a factory with some guys from his city. Fascinated by music and parties, he starts working as assistant to productions, then public relator and promoter passing by press office and artist booking.

Andrea Santorini is born in 1983 in Lecce.His natural bent for music started in 1996 when he began djing house music with friends. During these years Andrea discovered the various flavours of club music, from techno to deep he started playing in several clubs of his town

DPOV 014 - Guido Nemola

Guido, not only DJ but also producer since 10 years, has an innate passion for music. He grew up surrounded by computers and drum machines, but he has his first contact with the audience in 1991, when he begins working as a DJ, and immediately falls in love with house music. When he moves to Milan in 1992, he starts working for epoch-making nightclubs: Plastic, Magazzini Generali, Old Fashion, Atlantique and Beaugeste, among others, never compromising his musical selection and always following his taste. In 1997 he publishes his first single and begins collaborating with PASTABOYS. As producer he has noticed important successes in United States, England, Japan and Germany. He was on the verge of the Danny Rampling chart (BBC Radio 1), of Suburbia (Italia Network, of course in Italy) and later on of Radio Energy (Germany). Since 2003 he plays in the coolest clubs of Salento: Mediterraneo, Living, Vertigo, Smeraldo, Caporais, Guendalina, Fico D'India, Casablanca. His productions have been played by the best world DJs, starting with Little Louie Vega, Kiko Navarro, Eddie Amador, DJ Gregory, XPress2, the legendary David Mancuso, and even Ralf, Alex Neri, Pasta Boys and other members of the Italian set. Nowadays, beyond his own works, he collaborates with his friend Dario Lotti to the project "Jack in The City", and with the "Joyfull Family" Crew. In 2007 started the label "Recycle Records" with Santorini, releasing house and minimal-techno music (always celebrating the musical history of Chicago and Detroit).

DPOV 013 - Lars Of Italy

The pursuit of sound is sometimes difficult. The creation of tracks with any contemporary contamination and old style is the basis of this project. Chords, acid, analog and eclectic instruments are the fuel of this machine, balancing originality with the request of the public. [Lars of Italy] is Lorenzo Benotto, he was born in september 1988 in Pisa. The music passion begins with his brother at the end of 90s: the starting point and
progress of music in a single conception. -With a friend he also creates the project "Le French Brasserie" that publish with Material Series, VIVa Music, Azari and collaborations with Priku, Supernova, Tom Ruijg, Pirupa; Pigi, Oliver Moldan and many more. (but it's an other wondeful story)-. As a Lars of Italy, the first EP "Chat noir" with Secouer Records and the remixes creates by Aaron und Pascal and C.Al.Ma. is a "bridge" to the starting point of this eclectic project. As a dj-set he combining particular and deep sounds without following the regular music routine.

Nasce a Firenze nel 1983 e all’età di 9 anni, grazie a suo padre, si avvicina al djing e alla club culture. Affascinato dallo scratch e dalla night-life, da inizio alla sua cariera artistica diventando uno dei dj promettenti della scena hip hop e drum & bass fiorentina. Prende parte alla “3F Family” (Collettivo di djs, writers, mcs e producers) dove fonda con “Dyami Young”, altro noto dj nella scena underground toscana,  “UgLy BrOvAz”. I due  iniziano così a dar vita a performance tra hip hop, elettronica e house, mischiati a scratch e beatbox. SLESH, grazie al suo background a 360° , crea “viaggi” eclettici che passano dalla cassa dritta al funk, dal big beat a  sfumature dai ritmi caraibici. Da 2 anni è resident al “HI FI BAR” di Firenze, serata dedicata alle bassline più all’avanguardia e  collabora con il “CARGO CLUB”. La sua attività  gira per tutta Italia partecipando a festival come “GRAPE JUICE” di Livorno, “STARLIGHT FESTIVAL” in Sicilia, “INSANAMENTE FESTIVAL” di Cortona, “PUNTI DI FUGA” a San Benedetto del Tronto  e la “STREET PARADE” di Bologna. Ha suonato con artisti come: ONE MAN PARTY (Soulwax), BOK BOK, BLATTA & INESHA, KEITH, DJ GRUFF. I suoi live/dj-set hanno una carica travolgente sia per la selezione musicale sia per il suo contagioso atteggiamento da “animale da consolle” che ribalta anche il dance floor piu’ restio…

DPOV 011 - Mad Alba

Alba Loizzo, a.k.a. Madalba, was born on July 1985 in Bari. 
Since she was vey young her interest in different musical cultures such as house and dance trends of the moment spread through rock and punk, leading to Techno and club-culture. At 22 she approaches the local scene as dj-girl with numerous performances in the club circuit in collaboration with some of the most renowed promoters and FM radios like Musica e Parole, Try to Fly, Controradio, Radioluogocomune, Radiocittafutura. Than she developed a continued and careful research into the musical experience during her participation to projects of the Faculty of Medicine in Rostock and Berlin, where she has been impressed and inspired by the radical Techno sound of Berghain. In 2008 she has created together with other partners a project called Bitzmob, a platform for distribution of digital content on mobile phones, as artistic selector and audio-video promoter. The musical experience gained over the years brought her to start djing only with vinyls building up a strong reputation as underground Techno dj, allowing her to play in clubs such as berliner Mikz and Tacheles, and also be part of the Berlin/Rome Amc crew.

Jacopo Aluzzi (a.k.a. JAKO) was born in 1983 in Brindisi, a small city in the south of Italy. His first approach to music was at the age of 12, when he saw for the first time an old piano in a hotel played by his friend. He decided to learn that amazing instrument going to a music school and then studing for 3 years in accademy. At the age of 15 he started to play bass with countless local bands, changing many music genre (cross-over, funk, soul, hip hop) till he created his own band (HNF - www.myspace.com/accanitofan) in wich he still play. With this band he started to use computers, synthesizers and other electronic stuff to supplement the sound in live and recording sessions, so it was an easy step into electronic music, a crossing he’s still maturating and improoving.

DPOV 009 - Marco Ormas

Ormeye is an eclectic music investigator and arts lovers. He felt in love with rock'n roll when he's pretty a child, starting play guitar at 11. After a few years he discovered his love for low frequencies and deep sound, so leave the guitar for the bass, playing in many different bands from blues rock, to thrash metal, finally to acoustic, psychedelic and stoner rock. His first touch with the electronic vibe arrived at the college when the friends force him to a techno party; there he finally discovered the sound which is looking for since the childhood. Many the crossovered collaboration in arts and advertisment, collaborating in making short movie, commercial, photo shooting like stylist and scene designer.  Resident dj @ Minimalize Your Night, the 2008-2009's saturday night electronic show of Radio Facoltà di Frequenza, Siena University radio where he opened session for artist such us Lucy, Luciano Esse, Luca Bacchetti, Ellen Allien and many more..

DPOV 008 - Baba Freak

Iurilli after frequenting  the italian and foreign underground scene since 1991, came back to his own country and made up a factory with some guys from his city. Fascinated by music and parties, he starts working as assistant to productions, then public relator and promoter passing by press office and  artist booking. In 1996 he moved to Monaco (Germany) and there he met Techno scene and is like involved into the experimental music of that period wich fused with house, techno, progressive, brekbeat, electroclash, approaching more and more to  the alternative reality wich started to diffuse throughout Europe. He began to collect techno - house - drum& bass vinyls and german experimental stuff. Then he left for Ibiza and there he opened his mind and interacted with some of the most important professionals and promoter of clubbing scene, even nowadays.He started to organize events  for real. In 2005  he came back to his country and created a cultural association based on social purposes: "LA FAMILLIA" wich was completely dedicated to organize events proposing the first happy hours on the beach. Later he made "Dejavù Boutique associated" aimed to local promotion. From then on he organized events with KALABRESE VERA,SETH TROXLER,TOBIAS FREUND,MASS PROD,ALEX PICONE, MASOMENOS, EQUIPE DU REVE, MINIMONO, MISS FITZ, BRUNO PRONSATO, DEADBEAT, IVANO COLLATI, RUMBA, MATTEO GATTI, GUY CALLED GERALD, SANTORNINI, GUIDO NEMOLA, LUCIANO ESSE and many others. In 2009 he took to Salento "Feel Solid House" in collaboration with FEEL BOOKINGS, and with guests like GUIDO SHNEIDER,  ION LUDWIG, WOODY, MATTHEW DAR, BUCK, VERA,DORIAN PAIC and SOLID-AM. In the same year he began working in productions and musical promotion, starting as label manager for a local label wich has been one of the coolest italian label last year. He ended his collaboration and decided to make up a new one ,still shared,with AARON UND PASCAL and Graziano Umile...SECOUER RECORDS...new italian label with good perspectives. The first release went out at the beginning of 2010 and received positive feed back. Today Iurilli is a label manager who grows up every day. Stay tuned...
